1. How will document storage benefit my organization?

Document storage benefits customers who need to keep important documents for an extended period of time without worrying about where and how to store the documents.  Document storage also offers security and ease of access to documents.

2. How do I get documents to and from Atlantic Records?

Atlantic Records Management provides full service delivery and pick-up.  In a time crunch??  We can have your documents to you same day.

3. What information must I provide with my documents?

Tell us how you identify your documents and we will maintain that information for you.  Our software allows us to code boxes by number, type and contents, so we can access your documents the same way you would if they were in your office.

4. How do I get documents when I need them?

You can contact us via phone, fax or email to obtain your documents.  Depending on how you decide to store your documents we offer several retrieval methods; fax, email, photocopy, hard copy, online or CD.

5. How are my documents tracked?

We utilize advanced barcode tracking scanners and software to track your documents.  We have the capability to track your documents down to the folder.
